Recipe: Against All Grain's Caramel-Glazed Donuts

I'm not usually one to share someone else's recipe on my blog, but the other day I made these Paleo, caramel-glazed donuts from Against All Grain (except I forgot to get slivered almonds for topping) and they were so good that I want to make sure everyone I know is aware of them.

I bought this donut pan and I already know that I'm going to use it all the time. It was kind of chilly on Sunday morning and Rob and I each took a donut and a cup of hot coffee with us in the car on our way to a hike, and it was basically fall because of it.
