Last night, my friend Jenna and I jumped on Skype and recorded the first episode of our newest project: a podcast! Hello, Butter will focus on life, food, health, the Paleo diet, and some general nonsense that makes us laugh until our stomachs hurt.

I wanted to tell you about it now because we want to know if you have any suggestions or requests for upcoming episodes of Hello, Butter. So far we're planning to talk about barre, Whole30, and things we hate that the general public seems to love (obviously). So feel free to leave a comment or send us an email with a topic or even just a question you'd like us to address, and we'll be happy to include it in an upcoming episode.

It's here! Our first volume of The Eighty Twenty Magazine is finally out there in the world and waiting for you to get your hands on it. I can't believe it was last year that Rob and I flew to Boston to work with The Eighty Twenty team in person for the first time--it feels like so much longer than that and like it was just yesterday, all at once. We have worked so hard on this volume and I am incredibly proud of it. At the risk of sounding overdramatic, this magazine really is a dream come true.
