Happy Friday! I feel like every week just gets busier and busier (that's a whole other post that I'm starting to put together to fill you guys in on some of the stuff that's been going on behind the scenes with me), and this week was no different--I'm so excited that my second book is coming out so soon, and we've been working on a few really fun things to help celebrate its launch on May 9th (although the e-book version will be available on April 25!).
To start things off, my marketing manager and I are assembling a team of readers to help launch the cookbook, and I'd love to have you! What does that mean, exactly? You'll be one of the first to get your hands on the book, have the opportunity to share it with your friends and family, and post a review on Amazon. We'll have a private Facebook group where you can ask me questions, and you'll receive a special thank you coupon code for my new favorite organic produce delivery service. That's all for now! This weekend we're staying put and getting ready for our trip to Charlotte next week--we have some errands to run, some laundry to fold, and a dog training session to go to on Saturday. Then on Sunday I'm having lunch and doing a little shopping with some girlfriends, and hopefully cleaning the house a bit--I love coming home to a clean house after a trip!
