For having such a busy weekend full of movers, baby birthday parties, snow flurries, late nights, and early mornings, we certainly found some time to sit down and get cozy to do nothing before Rob's Sunday morning flight out of town.

And we ate. We always make time for food.

What did you do this weekend?

I will be the first person to tell you that I have no qualms with Leggings As Pants as long as the shirt you are wearing covers your butt and the leggings are not see-through. This is pretty much what I wear all weekend long: big sweater, good leggings, boots. Dress it up with some pretty jewelry if you're going out. It's like fancy pajamas, but you don't have to feel like a slob. Because you look good!

This past Saturday, Melissa and I finally got to go to Drybar in Georgetown and get our hair done. My goodness you guys, if I lived in Northern Virginia I would absolutely have a membership to that place. My scalp was massaged and my hair is still looking amazing well into Wednesday.

I also became friends with a squirrel.

What do you wear on the weekends?

Rob and I met in Richmond on Friday night and spent the weekend hanging out with my friend Tina and her boyfriend, Michael. We went to my brother's show on Friday night, did some adventuring, lots of cooking, and even more lying around. On Sunday, Rob and I met my college roommate, Caroline, for some brunch and a couple Bloody Marys.

Traveling almost every weekend is really hard sometimes, but it's nice to have such good friends scattered all over the place--there's always somewhere that almost feels like home.
